(Mimi goes back to her room and wearily sits on her bed.)
Saruha
Rough day?
Mimi
Well... not really. Just a little tiring.
Mimi
What have you been up to?
Saruha
I've been solving puzzles from the new puzzle book I bought the other day.
Saruha
Got a bit too into it. Didn't realize it's this late already.
Mimi
Need some help with that?
Saruha
Haha, I'm doing it for fun, so I don't think I need "help"...
Saruha
But I'd be happy to share some with you! Come here, let's solve one together.

Puzzle #6: A Monument of Respite

  • This type of puzzle is commonly known as "towers" or "skyscrapers".
  • In a 4x4 grid, there are 16 towers differing in height, with 1 being the shortest, and 4 the tallest.
  • Every row and every column must have one tower of each height (1, 2, 3, and 4).
  • The numbers along the sides signify how many towers you can see when looking at the corresponding row/column from that spot (taller towers will block the view of shorter ones behind them)
