Koma
I wasn't just watching stuff all week, though! Hmm... oh yeah! I helped Usa-chan study. That was the plan, at least.

Usa
Thanks for offering your help, Koma-san!

Koma
Aw, it's nothing. It's the least I can do, as your senpai.

Koma
What are you studying today?

Usa
Math. I like math.

Usa
I was just about to tackle this one. Let's have a look together.

Koma
(Usa-chan is a couple of classes below me. This should be a breeze.)
Usa shows her a paper with the math problem.
Find all real values of x such that:
x² − 6x + 5 = |x − 1|

Koma
Oh yeah, this is uhh... that one that... uhh...

Koma
I mean, the one with the...

Koma
Ehhh?

Usa
It's okay. Let's try something easier.
Usa finds another math problem.

Koma
...

Koma
That is, eh, um... a triangle.

Usa
It sure is.

Koma
Right. Very... pointy.

Usa
Mhm.

Koma
Can you at least make fun of me? It would be less embarrassing than this.

Usa
Ahaha, I won't make fun of you.
Usa reaches for a book titled "Fun Math Problems" and opens it.

Usa
Here, let's try this instead. I'll help you.
Puzzle
Puzzle #3: Lesson in Humility
- Each row should have every digit 1–5 exactly once
- Each column should have every digit 1–5 exactly once
- The cell groups must satisfy their arithmetic rules (+ addition, – subtraction, × multiplication, / division)
- For example, if a group of two cells has a "5 +" rule, the two cells must give the number five when added together (either 1 and 4, or 2 and 3)
- The order of the digits in the boxes doesn't matter (e.g. both 1,5 and 5,1 will satisfy "5 /").
