Basic Information
The Twinkle Legends (for short: TL or Legends) is the tenth permanent training scenario introduced to the game. It was released on February 24th, 2025.
As with other scenarios, it builds on the game's core mechanics, so this article assumes you have a basic understanding of how to play. If you do not, or you'd like a refresher, please read the Beginner's Guide before proceeding.
Scenario Mechanics
For a detailed gameplay explanation of this scenario's mechanics and strategic advice, check out celery's TL guide.
Scenario Link and Character-specific Events
Orfevre, Mejiro Ramonu, Gentildonna, Sirius Symboli, Smart Falcon, and the new group support card "Embodiment of Legends" are scenario-linked for the TL scenario.
Character-specific (hidden) events can trigger normally in this scenario, including character-specific bad condition triggers, and any of the events that award the skill.
Character Objectives
In the Legends scenario, every character follows their own race objective schedule. You will face a fixed "Dream Fest" race at the end of every year in training, but these do not obstruct or modify any of the normal objectives.
Skill Evolution and Scenario-specific Skills
The Legends scenario's special evolution skills are the following:
- (evolved from )
- (evolved from )
- (evolved from )
- (evolved from )
- (evolved from )
- (evolved from )
You can pick two of these evolutions at the end of the run, as long as you've learned their base rare skill during the training and satisfied the evolution requirements. These evolutions are exclusive to this scenario and can be accessed regardless of what character you are training.
The evolution requirement for , , and is gathering a total of at least 150.000 fans during the training run.
The other three all require gathering at least 100.000 fans and learning two strategy-specific skills:
- – any two Runner-specific skills
- – any two Chaser-specific skills
- – any two Leader-specific OR Betweener-specific skills
Aside from the scenario-specific evolutions, all characters can evolve their respective awakening skills through the usual conditions, resulting in 4 possible skill evolutions per run. There are no alternative scenario-specific evolution conditions for the normal character evolutions.
Scenario skills
You can get a level 1 hint for the skill through currently unknown conditions. The skill (or its gold version, ) is obtained at the end of the training.

Additionally, you'll be presented with the 「“私の”レースのこと」 training event during the first half of the Senior year. You'll be given six choices in this event, five of them corresponding to the scenario-linked characters, plus the scenario group card (referred to as レジェンドたち, "Legends"). These choices will award the following skills respectively:
